Are refurbished phones unlocked?

What will the battery life be?
Battery performance varies by device, model and previous use, but refurbished phones should be checked so they are suitable for normal day-to-day use. We publish battery health on listings when available and require at least 80% before dispatch.
Can I return a refurbished phone if I change my mind?
Yes — you have 30 days to return an order if it is not suitable. Full terms are linked at checkout; keep the phone in the same condition if you plan to send it back.

Condition grades describe cosmetic appearance, such as light marks or more visible signs of use. Functionality should remain the key promise across grades.
