Every refurbished phone is graded for cosmetic appearance before it is listed. The grade describes visible wear — not how the phone works. All grades are workshop tested, network unlocked and covered by our returns and warranty.

Our four grades

Premium
Near-mint cosmetic condition. Very light or no visible marks. Often paired with 90%+ battery health.
Excellent
Light cosmetic wear — small marks or faint scratches that do not affect daily use.
Good
Moderate cosmetic wear on the frame or back. Fully tested; best value for price-conscious buyers.
Fair
More noticeable cosmetic wear. Ideal with a case when you want the lowest price.
Battery health standards
Minimum standards before any phone leaves our workshop.
All phones ship with at least 80% battery health unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Premium cosmetic grade listings typically include 90% battery health or higher.
Where a battery falls below our standard, we may replace it in the workshop before listing.
