Shipping Policy

We offer reliable, tracked and insured shipping for all orders.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Cost:
We charge a flat shipping rate of £14 per order, worldwide. All orders are sent with tracked, insured delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Time:
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse or from our international warehouse, depending on stock location. Your dispatch confirmation email will include the tracking details for your parcel.

  • UK orders dispatched from our UK warehouse: typically delivered within 1–3 working days of dispatch.
  • UK orders dispatched from our international warehouse: typically delivered within 5–10 working days of dispatch.
  • International destinations: typically delivered within 3–10 working days of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier service and customs processing.

Shipping Locations:
We ship to most countries including the United Kingdom, Europe, Hong Kong, Australia, and more.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking information, which will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Insurance, Loss or Damage:
Every parcel is insured in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@rainbowmobilehk.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund once the courier claim is confirmed.

Customs & Duties (UK orders):
Prices for UK orders include all applicable taxes. If your order is dispatched from our international warehouse, we handle any import duties and taxes on your behalf — you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Customs & Duties (other destinations):
International orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery:
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may deduct the courier's return cost from your refund, or charge re-delivery at cost.

Wholesale & Trade Orders:
Shipping for wholesale and trade orders is quoted separately as part of your trade quotation.
