2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen and settings. Refurbished devices are graded for cosmetic condition as described on the product page and in our Condition Grades guide.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and courier service.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase. Nothing in these terms or that policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Warranty
All refurbished iPhones include a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised repair. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
8. Wholesale & Trade Orders
Wholesale and trade orders are subject to the terms agreed in the relevant trade quotation. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions and of our Return & Refund Policy that are intended for consumers do not apply to trade orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Rainbow Mobile Co., Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Apple, iPhone, AirPods and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are an independent reseller of refurbished Apple products and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainbow Mobile Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
