Before listing, we check lock status, key components and erase previous owner data. Results are logged so we can trace what left the workshop.
Battery & condition
The grade describes scratches and marks you can see — not hidden faults. Every iPhone ships with battery health of at least 85%. When you buy a single refurbished iPhone, you can also add a new battery on its product page. Like all replacement batteries we fit, it is not made by Apple, so Settings may show a message that the battery is not a genuine Apple part.

Each device is inspected, tested and reset in our workshop. Every iPhone we sell is Premium grade – near-mint, with very light or no visible marks – and fully functional.
Is this phone SIM-free and unlocked?
Yes. Every phone is network-unlocked and sold without a SIM card, so you can use it with your own SIM card.
What warranty do I get?
Phones include a 12-month warranty covering faults not caused by accidental damage. Contact us with your order number if anything goes wrong.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation. You will receive tracked delivery updates by email once your parcel is on the way.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — you have 30 days to return your order in line with our returns policy. The device should be returned in the condition received. For hygiene reasons, AirPods can be returned only if they are unused or faulty.
